CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSIT: All CUSTOM ORDERS orders require a 50% (nonrefundable) deposit before build begins. We must receive the final balance due before your guitar is shipped or leaves the shop.

BUILD TIMES: Our current build times on set spec guitars is between 3-6 months after your order has been processed. Custom orders will take between 6-12 months after processing. You will be notified by email when your build is being started and nearing completion. We will send you no less than three (3) status reports. There is no reason to constantly "check in" and see how your build is going. We will get a hold of YOU with the good news. Remember, if we are answering your emails, calls and messages, we are not working on your guitar. WE DO NOT RUSH OUR WORK FOR ANY REASON AND PRESURE TO DO SO WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Build times are estimates - not guarantees. Patience is a very important factor in a great custom guitar build experience!

SHIPPING: The standard rate for shipping and handling to US customers is: XM SERIES -  $100.00 for smaller body guitars (IMPALER/MERLIN), $125.00 for medium body guitars (HERETIC) and $150.00 for larger body (VANQUISH/BLASPHEMER) guitars and is not included in the base price. OS SERIES - $75.00. Addtional shipping charges will be added to final balance for all foreign (non US) orders. Amount will be bassed on size, weight and country of destination.

SPECIAL OFFER GUITARS: We frequently post SPECIAL OFFER GUITARS on this site as well as on our Facebook page. These are heavily discounted instruments with minor finish and or construction defects ( B Stock). The minor issues will not effect sound or playability and are usually simply cosmetic.

MILITARY DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% discount to all active and former US Armed Services personel. Be sure to state your status and provide proof of inlistment to take advantage! 

RETURNS: Due to the custom, made to order aspect of our instruments, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are availible for any guitars.
